Return & Refund Policy

At Petnomo, we want you—and your pet—to be completely satisfied.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Item is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Item lost in transit

 To start a return, email us at support@petnomo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll process a refund or replacement.

Change of Mind or Non-Defective Returns:

If you changed your mind or no longer want the product, we’re happy to offer a store credit (excluding shipping fees), as long as:

  • The item is unused
  • It’s in original packaging

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
